Canberra pet photography experience for dog lovers who want their dog photographed exactly as they are. Anxious, bouncy, shy, or wonderfully chaotic. All welcome.

That's not a problem at all.  I want to make sure your pet is safe at all times as my number one priority is your pet's safety and comfort.

Most of the pets I photographed are actually on a lead at all times during the session. Some locations may also not allow pets off-leash so you'll definitely need to bring a leash with you to the session. The leash can be easily removed when I professionally edit the final images. I do recommend bringing a thin leash to the session so it's easier to remove. 

You won't even remember that your dog was on a leash!

Not at all. Some of the pups that you see on my website may are not fully well trained or well behaved. Some may not listen to sit or stay commands but you don't need to worry. My camera is fast enough so they don't have to sit still for too long. I also have a few tricks up my sleeve to get their attention during the shoot. It does help if they know basic commands but it's certainly not a requirement. 

Two pets are included in the session and there is an additional fee of $50 per additional pet which will also turn into a credit to spend at the ordering appointment. The more pet you bring the more images you will have to choose from at your ordering appointment. The most I've photographed together are 6 rescue pups... and sometimes I can't get them all in one image but with the magic of an editing software, I am able to merge and stitch several images together and you won't even notice it! 

Because you'll have more image to choose from, you might expect your overall investment to go up - most multi-pet families tend to spend around $2000+

Of course!!! The session is not just for your pet but for you and your family as well. I like to encourage my clients and any other family members attending the session to be in the photos with your pets to show the love and connection that you have for them. 

During our planning appointment I usually ask you what images you'd like to create and whether you'd like to be in the photo too. 

No, I also offer studio pet photography session in my home studio. 

Yes I do. While most of my clients are dogs, I've photographed cats, bunnies, birds and even bearded dragons. If your pet can't be outdoors, you'll be able to take them to my home studio and do the session there. Alternatively, I can come to your home to do the photo shoot or at a local park nearby. In Home session has an additional fee of $100

It starts with having a chat with you to make sure that you'd like to work with me. Have a browse around my website too to see that we're a good fit. 

Then you'll come in for a planning appointment so I can get to meet you and learn more about your pet, plan and design your session, choose a location and book in a date. On the day of the session, make sure to bring lots of treats and your pet's favourite toy and most importantly, have fun! It's more like a fun play date with your pet. 

One to two weeks after the session you'll come over to my viewing lounge for the ordering appointment and the big reveal of the images we created together. You'll 'aww' as I present you the slideshow of your images then we'll take a look at some mock up of wall art options and decide on how you'd like to showcase your images.

No, we don't require a minimum spend. You choose what you love whether it be prints or wall arts. What you order is entirely up to you. A set of three fine art matted prints start at $990.

We also do have payment plans available to make it more affordable and spread out the cost over time.
