Not Just a Book - A Tribute to Your Pet's Story
At Tails of Canberra, I believe every pet has a unique story to tell. This book is not just about featuring adorable pets—it's about capturing their true spirit through stunning, custom photography and artwork. Our goal is to create timeless pieces that honour your pet's personality and the joy they bring to your life.

- Exclusive artwork options to cherish forever.
- A beautifully printed coffee table book featuring your beloved pet.
This beautiful collector's edition coffee table photo book is dedicated to supporting Completely Rescued, a local Canberra dog rescue.

THE EXPERIENCE
My goal is to capture your dog's true essence through bespoke wall art, fine art albums, and heirloom-quality products that you will cherish forever.
What to expect:
- Personalised Consultation: We begin with a consultation and a planning session to get to know more about you and your dog, ensuring a tailored experience that highlights their personality and the bond you share with them.
- Fun, Adventure-filled Photo Session: On the day of the session simply show up, relax, have fun and enjoy creating beautiful memories with your dog.
- Viewing and Selection: A week after your session, you'll have the opportunity to come back to my studio to view and purchase the beautiful photos I captured at your session. This is often my client's favourite part as they see their pet's portraits come to life for the first time and where we finalise artwork design to display in your home. I'll show you mockups of your photos on your walls to help visualise the final artwork.
And of course, the special part of this project your dog will have two portraits, chosen by Ina J Photography to be featured in Tails of Canberra: Volume 2 coffee table book.
About the Charity
Part of the registration fee of each session will be donated to Completely Rescued.
Completely Rescued is a community-driven animal rehoming organisation dedicated to saving and rehoming animals in need across NSW and the ACT. Their mission is to reduce euthanasia rates by rescuing animals from pounds and surrenders, providing them with essential care, including vaccinations, desexing, and microchipping, in a safe and loving environment. With the support of dedicated volunteers and local businesses, they aim to open an adoption centre to rescue more animals and advocate for better animal welfare within the community.

"Ina is absolutely incredible! Her love and passion for dogs truly shines—she immediately connected with Chewie and made us feel so comfortable during the shoot. Her keen eye for detail captured his fun-loving personality. The photos speak for themselves—they are stunning and we can’t wait to display them in our home."

"As someone who was nervous about having the pugs run riot, Ina handled them with ease, engaging them and capturing their gorgeous personalities! From the initial consult, the photo shoot and appointments, Ina was a joy to work with—bubbly, passionate, talented, enthusiastic and full of amazing ideas and suggestions. I now have beautiful artwork that I will cherish. Thank you Ina! Could not recommend more!"

"Ina was so gentle and patient with my rambunctious Pug and introverted Griffon! The experience was so lovely (and we also discovered a new favourite treat for the pups!) and the photos are just magical! We can't wait to hang our framed pictures up at home and are so glad we captured this moment in time with Bean and Esme!"
