Frequently Asked Questions

DO MY PETS NEED TO BE WELL BEHAVED AND WELL TRAINED?: Not at all. Some of the pups that you see on my website may are not fully well trained or well behaved. Some may not listen to sit or stay commands but you don't need to worry. My camera is fast enough so they don't have to sit still for too long. I also have a few tricks up my sleeve to get their attention during the shoot. It does help if they know basic commands but it's certainly not a requirement.

Having owned 3 dogs and pet sitting different breeds of dogs, I have experience with different behaviours so I'm always prepared. However, let me know though if your dog does have some behavioural issue or is not comfortable in new environment and/or people so I can spend time making sure they're comfortable with me and my camera.
I'VE GOT MORE THAN ONE DOG, CAN THEY ALL BE INCLUDED IN THE SESSION?: Of course they can. You can't just have an artwork of just one dog right? There will be an additional fee of $55 per dog if you have more than 3 dogs. As the client you are responsible for handling your pet(s) during the session and if more than 2 pets are being photographed you agree to have an additional person to manage and handle you pets.
CAN I BE IN THE PHOTOS TOO? HOW ABOUT OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS?: Of course! The session is not just for your pet but for you and your family as well. I encourage my clients and any other family members attending the session to be in the photos with your pets to show the love and connection that you have for them.
WILL MY DOG BE DEFINITELY FEATURED IN THE BOOK?: If your application is accepted, yes, your dog will definitely be in the book and will have two portraits featured in a spread (2 pages). However, sessions are limited to 30 dogs and will sell out quickly. If you want to jump in and be a part of this amazing fundraiser coffee table book, make sure to apply soon. Note, submitting an application does not guarantee that you'll be accepted as applicants will be selected on how well they alight with the experience and my specific vision for this fundraising project.

Imagine a stunning bespoke artwork on your wall that becomes the focal point o your living room or a keepsake portrait box filled with stunning prints of your dog that serves as a tangible reminder of the unconditional love your dog gives.

There's many print and product combination available, and I'll guide you through to designing a beautiful curated custom artwork for your home.

Your total investment depends on how many photographs you fall in love with and how you want to enjoy them after your session. What you choose to order is completely up to you and you only purchase what you love. We have print bundles starting from $990.

Typically, our clients spend anywhere from $2000 to $5,000 depending on sizes and the number of artwork or prints. Most spend somewhere in the middle.

Whatever you choose to spend, you’ll come away from your pet photography experience with stunning pieces of artwork that will showcase your pet's personality that you'll treasure forever.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS OR THE WEATHER IS BAD?: I get it — nature doesn’t always stick to the plan.

If weather conditions make it unsafe or impossible to hold your session (like rain, slush, or lack of snow), we’ll simply reschedule to another available snow date.

If you’re unable to make any of the rescheduled options, you won’t lose your investment — you can:

✔️ Transfer your session fee toward a standard session at a different location
or
✔️ Request a full refund — no hard feelings, just snowy dreams for another time
