GIVEAWAY AND COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Please check your inbox (and junk) for a confirmation email from us after voting. 

Any offers or specials cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or gift certificates. Gift certificates and artwork/print credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Our booking documents (contract and questionnaire) are required to be completed for all bookings therefore only those above the age of 18 years are eligible to enter our giveaways, competitions, and model call outs.

Winners will be contacted via phone. If no answer, an SMS will be sent but you must be able to be contacted by phone call or the prize will be redrawn. 

DEPOSIT: A $50 refundable deposit will be payable to secure your photography session time and date as part of the giveaway. This fee will be refunded at your ordering appointment or can be used towards credit for prints and products ordered. The deposit is not refunded in the event of a no-show.

Photography sessions must be booked by the end of 2022 and is held at our Jerrabomberra studio or outdoor on-location at selected locations chosen by Ina J Photography. 

Giveaways and competitions involving collaborations with other businesses will required Ina J Photography to share your contact details with the participating businesses. In submitting your entry form you understand and accept this terms and conditions. 

By entering this competition you agree to receive occasional email updates from Ina J Photography and collaborating businesses in this competition. We will not pass on your details to any third party and you can unsubscribe at anytime. 

Entries close 9pm Saturday 16th July and winners will be notified by 24th July. 

This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram or Meta.

Those who have been previously offered complimentary photoshoots are ineligible to enter our giveaways, competitions, prizes and model callouts. 

Existing clients can enter but priorities will be given to new / prospective clients.
