The Look Down Shot

The Look Down Puppy Dog Eyes style shot is one that I usually include in my shot list for my outdoor pet photography session. Alongside my usual low angle shots capturing the dog in the various stunning Canberra backdrops, this style is one that my clients usually love. The look down shot is sometimes called the Soul Searcher as you capture the photo looking down at the dog's eyes and you capture those beautiful big puppy eyes as they stare and look into your soul!

I love these style of shots as it not only add a variety to the photos I captured in my sessions. I also love these as this is the way my clients usually look at their pups, looking down at them.

Also these photo focuses on their eyes and show their big bright eyes - it's like the saying "eyes are the windows to the soul".

Do you love these types of shots? Let me know in the comments.

If you'd like to capture images like these of your dogs, then let's have a chat! You can book in your complimentary no obligation planning appointment to see if we are the right fit below.

Angela Schneider - You got me at the snow pics! I'm heading to the mountains for rest, relaxation and hiking next week and it's supposed to snow. I couldn't be more excited.
